Fritztile by Expanko is part of a resilient flooring system for a wide range of commercial applications. Architects, designers and facility managers have specified Fritztile for installations worldwide as an affordable alternate to traditional poured in place terrazzo. Fritztile is a flexible, resilient and low-maintenance system that can be installed as easily as VCT, usually within 24 hours. Fritztile is backed by a 20 –year limited wear warranty. Friztile is complemented by a complete line of specialty flooring sealers, adhesives and cleaners formulated specifically for use with terrazzo tile. A key attribute of sustainable building is the longevity of construction materials and low life cycle costs. With proper care and maintenance, Friztile typically lasts the lifetime of the structure. Low-maintenance characteristics translate to less labor and energy required to maintain the floor over its lifespan. Friztile is made with natural stone chips, post-consumer recycled glass and an inert resin. Friztile has been certified by the state of California’s Department of Health Services to be a low emitting material (Cal 1350).
